SiriusXM has golf fans set for this weekend’s Ryder Cup event, offering subscribers more than 30 hours of live coverage Friday through Sunday. The 2018 Ryder Cup takes place at Le Golf National near Paris, France.
Ryder Cup broadcasts will be available on Sirius channel 208, XM channel 92, the SiriusXM app and SiriusXM.com. Live coverage will feature a combination of announcers including Earl Forcey, Mark Carnevale, Fred Albers, John Maginnes, Carl Paulson and the IMG-produced broadcast with European golf announcer Richard Kaufman. Maginnes, along with Taylor Zarzour and Ron Green will host the post-match show following each day of the event.
“The Ryder Cup is one of the most anticipated and exciting events on the golf calendar, captivating fans from around the world every other year,” said Scott Greenstein, SiriusXM’s President and Chief Content Officer.

As stated by Greenstein, a variety of golf shows are available to subscribers via SiriusXM On Demand, including a new episode of The Fred Couples Show, hosted by the former World #1 ranked player and five-time Ryder Cup participant. Craig Stadler, who participated in two Ryder Cup events, including the 1983 championship team, has a new episode of his show, I am the Walrus available.
Ryder Cup History, hosted by Golf historian and Golf Channel regular, Martin Davis can also be accessed on demand, along with a new episode of Darius Rucker’s show. The three-time Grammy Award-winning music star is a devoted golf fan who hosts On Par with Darius Rucker each month on SiriusXM.
